By placing an order on Vrinda Dairy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Ordering & Delivery
- Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver within India. Delivery times may vary based on location.
- Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 4-5 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payments & Pricing

- Pricing: All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
- COD (Cash on Delivery): If available, a minimum order value may apply.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
- Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours with images for a replacement/refund.
5. Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be made within 5-6 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging for eligibility.
