1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

- Damaged/Leaking Product: If the ghee container is broken, leaking, or tampered with during transit.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Quality Issues: If the product is expired, spoiled, or has an unusual smell/taste
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
